It's getting down to the wire now. Ironman CdA is just 5 short weeks away! This week is a semi-recovery week. But don't let that fool you...it's still a tough week. Especially the end of it!
Monday - REST
Tuesday - 45 minute swim. 1 hour 20 minute bike.
Wednesday - 45 minute swim. 38 minute run.
Thursday - 1 hour bike. 48 minute run.
Friday - 45 minute swim. 1 hour 15 minute bike.
Saturday - 1 hour swim. 1 hour 5 minute run.
Sunday - 6 hour bike with a 50 minute brick run.
