IMAZ Training - Week 10

And here's another weekly training schedule update!  I know, you have been sitting on the edge of your computer chair, hitting that refresh button over and over, hoping that I would post my schedule for week 10.  Well, you wait is over!  Here it is:

Monday: Run 1:30
Tuesday: Bike 1:00 and Swim 1:00
Wednesday: Bike 1:15 and Run 1:15
Thursday: Bike 1:00 and BRICK Run 1:00
Friday: Bike 4:00 and Swim 1:00
Saturday: Bike 1:00
Sunday: Run 2:00 and Bike 1:00

And that's all!  Not too much, right?  Enjoy!
