I know I promised that I would post my weekly training on Sundays, and obviously I didn't do that this week. It's a lame excuse, but my wife, my daughter, and myself have all been pretty sick over the last few days, so the last thing I was worried about was updating my training blog.
I will post what I was planning on doing this week, even though I haven't done any of it since I've been sick since Sunday. Hopefully today is my last day of this torture and I'll be able to get back on track tomorrow. So, the weekly update will be posted hopefully later today, if not early tomorrow morning. Sit tight!
